{"id":20,"date":"2026-02-09T15:20:17","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T15:20:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/widmer-hrconsultant.de\/?page_id=20"},"modified":"2026-04-16T07:42:47","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T07:42:47","slug":"hr-projekte","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/widmer-hrconsultant.de\/en\/meine-services\/hr-projekte\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Whether software projects or strategic projects, over more than 25 years quite a lot has accumulated, from which I was able to gain experience and learn from mistakes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Today I often know what is important, what really is needed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A few examples:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishment of a joint venture between two corporations: Yaskawa and Omron, as well as a restructuring of the sales relocation \u2013 volume was \u20ac200 million<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Various software implementations in the HR area, such as Loga-All-In or the introduction of travel expense software or applicant management systems e.g Concludis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Short-time work \/ restructuring including the closure of entire plants or branches domestically and abroad, negotiations with the works councils, preparation of social plans as well as implementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiation of a structural change agreement and implementation (for example for Stabilus in cooperation with the IGM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PMI \u2013 Integration of Kaydon Group into the Stabilus Group located in Koblenz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M&amp;A \u2013 check of HR contracts, Analyses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cultural changes of HR via HR Strategy e.g. Stabilus Group, Geodis Germany, Bardusch Germany<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talent Management (e.g. \u201eRising STAR\u201c for Stabilus Group)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diversity Project (e.g. \u201eLady STAR\u201c for Stabilus Group)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation of competency profiles (I was the winner of HR Excellence Award in 2015, Berlin)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation of compliance policies and implementation (example for Bardusch, Ettlingen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the establishment of new production facilities also abroad (example in MX, China, Romania, North Carolina)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ERA Introduction (IGM Collective Agreement at Stabilus Koblenz)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\t\t    <div  id=\"gutentools-advance-heading-block-a1546bd7-9912-4a74-aec1-6545807ff699\" >\r\n\t\t    \t<div class=\"gutentools-align-left gutentools-advance-heading-wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"gutentools-advance-heading-prefix\" >Ab Mai 2026 finden Sie neue Seminarangebote: <\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"gutentools-advance-heading\" >Ab sofort bieten wir zu folgenden Themen Seminare und Beratung an:&lt;br&gt;<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"gutentools-advance-heading-suffix\" >1.
