{"id":22,"date":"2026-02-09T15:20:44","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T15:20:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/widmer-hrconsultant.de\/?page_id=22"},"modified":"2026-03-01T10:33:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-01T10:33:20","slug":"hr-strategien","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/widmer-hrconsultant.de\/en\/meine-services\/hr-strategien\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Strategies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>My approach is transparent, and through my experience as a change manager, I consider each company individually:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>I am starting with a 360-degree feedback analysis of the HR department<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With the team, I find out where we stand and where we want to go<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which target objectives already exist, for example corporate goals, sustainability goals, or other relevant requirements?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Together, I work out the strategy and a target vision with the team. With the HR team, areas of action are set, and milestones for a specific time period (short, medium, or long-term) are agreed upon.
