Where can I work as an interim manager?
1. Temporary management of your HR department
Due to the increasingly occurring shortage of qualified personnel, which also affects top management, interim managers are increasingly used as a buffer until the right person can be found for the positions. This can take up to a year. For some clients, I have gave this service up to 1.5 years.

2. in crises and as a 'hands-on manager'
Interim managers are often deployed in crisis management or to restructure a part of a company. I have accompanied such change processes several times.
Other areas of application include, among other things, bridging staff shortages or other types of vacancies. When things stall and no one really feels responsible, I come on board and start immediately!
3. Projects – if you yourself have no capacities
More recently, interim managers are increasingly being used in the context of project work when a company's own capacities or project management know-how are not sufficient. The same applies to specialist topics for which a company cannot maintain capacities on a permanent basis. Then I am happy to help!
In different phases of company development, as well as in problems and tasks where specialist knowledge is needed for longer than just a few consulting days, or when the existing management cannot or does not want to solve the upcoming tasks on their own, I act as an interim manager to provide support in the respective areas of the company.
4. PMI / M&A / Restructuring
I offer interim management support in company transitions and succession, in the purchase or sale of a business unit or the entire company.
Sometimes it is necessary, in order to support one's own HR department, to have a restructuring and the associated discussions accompanied by interim managers. I conduct termination discussions together with the managers or prepare them for difficult conversations.
Interim managers in crisis management are often seen as the "fire department" of corporate management, taking on often unpopular restructuring or even the closure and winding up of a company (so-called dirty jobs). It has to be done, but then please with appreciation. I am happy to talk to you about "how" you can do it!
5. HR Strategy & Cultural Change
