  1. In a frame of MAG's (employee interviews)

An Interview about your carrier In your company, there is a combination of the employee, personnel development, and target agreement discussions.
In this conversation, the employee's personal development ideas and those of the company are evaluated, and long-term binding agreements are made.

The focus is therefore on the evaluation, motivation, development potential, and willingness to perform of the employee.

Managers often see such conversations as purely motivational discussions and need training and/or support to give feedback that is appreciative yet clear. Giving feedback must be learned and practiced. Feel free to contact me!

2. Individual Career Planning (Program, for example within the framework of diversity or mentees)

I had many mentees whom I was able to accompany in their career planning and am particularly proud of my program "Lady STAR, that I was allowed to implement for Stabilus and is still successfully carried out today.

3. Strategic Personnel Planning

At the DGFP, I then, many years ago, became involved with the strategic personnel development/planning (SPP) and can add the strategy to the practice.
