Whether software projects or strategic projects, over more than 25 years quite a lot has accumulated, from which I was able to gain experience and learn from mistakes.
Today I often know what is important, what really is needed!
A few examples:
- Establishment of a joint venture between two corporations: Yaskawa and Omron, as well as a restructuring of the sales relocation – volume was €200 million
- Various software implementations in the HR area, such as Loga-All-In or the introduction of travel expense software or applicant management systems e.g Concludis
- Short-time work / restructuring including the closure of entire plants or branches domestically and abroad, negotiations with the works councils, preparation of social plans as well as implementation
- Negotiation of a structural change agreement and implementation (for example for Stabilus in cooperation with the IGM)
- PMI – Integration of Kaydon Group into the Stabilus Group located in Koblenz
- M&A – check of HR contracts, Analyses
- Cultural changes of HR via HR Strategy e.g. Stabilus Group, Geodis Germany, Bardusch Germany
- Talent Management (e.g. „Rising STAR“ for Stabilus Group)
- Diversity Project (e.g. „Lady STAR“ for Stabilus Group)
- Creation of competency profiles (I was the winner of HR Excellence Award in 2015, Berlin)
- Creation of compliance policies and implementation (example for Bardusch, Ettlingen)
- Participation in the establishment of new production facilities also abroad (example in MX, China, Romania, North Carolina)
- ERA Introduction (IGM Collective Agreement at Stabilus Koblenz)
